That means your income is directly tied to your performance — there’s no cap on what you can earn, and results vary from person to person. Some reps make a little, others make a lot — it all depends on effort, skill, and consistency. There’s no hourly or base pay, so it’s important to come in with the mindset of learning, growing, and building your results over time.
